In this comprehensive Community Health Worker (CHW) training, participants delve into a multifaceted curriculum encompassing a spectrum of vital topics. The program navigates ACS services, shedding light on the array of support available to individuals facing the challenges of cancer.

General cancer guidelines form a cornerstone, equipping trainees with an understanding of the disease and its diverse manifestations. Through engaging case studies, participants not only absorb theoretical knowledge but also cultivate practical skills, learning to navigate the complexities of real-world scenarios. The training extends its focus to survivorship, empowering CHWs to guide individuals through the post-treatment landscape with empathy and expertise. Furthermore, a rich compilation of resources acts as a compass, ensuring that CHWs are well-equipped to connect individuals with the necessary tools for their unique journeys towards health and recovery.
